The content within the site is to promote awareness for all athletes who have now reached 35+to become involved in events that cater for your age rather than your ability whether your'e the serious club runner or just starting off in the sport.
SVHC organises various events throughout the year which include road races, track & field and cross country. if you have the ability to produce reasonable times for your age then you could find yourself competing at national/ international events, so why not consider becoming a member
